Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

We can update addresses **before** your order ships. Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and new address.

⏱️How long is the processing period?

Processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on the way.

🚚How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive in 3–10 business days depending on destination and carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL). For imported shipments into the U.S., please allow up to 14 business days.

📦Will my order come in one package?

Sometimes items ship from different fulfillment centers. If split, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.

🧭Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not, only in the USA.

📉What if an item is out of stock?

If your item is unavailable after ordering, we’ll contact you with restock timing, alternatives, or a fast refund—your choice.

🛡️What if I receive a damaged item?

Please email photos and your order number to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery—we’ll make it right quickly.

🔎How can I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipment email to view live status.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?

Carriers can take 24–72 hours to activate tracking. If it still doesn’t update after 5 days, contact us and we’ll check with the carrier.

📬The tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my order.

Please check with household members, neighbors, and your mailbox/parcel lockers. If still missing after 24 hours, message us so we can investigate.

🧾What if something is missing or damaged in my order?

Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll send the missing part or a replacement ASAP.
