If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right—just follow these simple guidelines.

1) Timeframes for Refunds & Returns

  • 30-Day Guarantee: Request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition/packaging (unless defective). Need an exception? Reach out— we’ll work out a fair solution.
  • Report Issues Fast: Tell us within 7 days of delivery for returns or exchanges. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief note so we can resolve it quickly.
  • Delayed Orders (US): If tracking still shows no delivery after 5 business days from shipment, contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and offer an update or next-step options.

2) Eligibility

We’ll refund and/or replace only if:

  • Requested with reason: Tell us what happened and why you’re requesting a refund. If approved, partial refunds typically range from 10–30% of the item price (excluding tax and shipping), based on the details and condition.
  • Undelivered: Tracking shows no delivery after the timeframe above.
  • Damaged/Defective: Provide clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • Wrong Item: Include proof (e.g., order page or screenshot of your claim).

No refunds for the following (final sale):

  • ❌ Not reading/understanding this policy
  • ❌ Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • ❌ Carrier delays beyond our control
  • ❌ Incorrect address or other buyer-provided errors

3) Return Shipping

  • You cover return shipping costs (non-refundable).
  • Returns must be sent to our designated US warehouse—we’ll provide the address after approval.

Pack items securely and include your Order # in the box.

4) How to Request a Refund/Return

  • Order number
  • Evidence: photos/videos + a brief description of the issue
  • For delays: a tracking screenshot
