Report Issues Fast: Notify us within 14 days of delivery for returns/exchanges.

Delayed Orders? Contact us after:

  • 15 days (United Kingdom) or 30 days (most countries) from shipment.

  • Longer for certain destinations (e.g., Brazil: 45 days).

2. Eligibility

We’ll refund or replace ONLY if:
Undelivered: Tracking shows no delivery after the timeframe mentioned above.
Damaged/Defective: Provide clear photos/videos of the issue.
Wrong Item: Include proof (e.g., screenshot of your complaint).

No refunds:

All other scenarios are FINAL SALE, including but not limited to:

❌ Any claim of not reading/understanding this policy
❌ Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
❌ Shipping/customs delays beyond our control
❌ Incorrect addresses or buyer-provided errors

3. Return Shipping

You cover return shipping costs (non-refundable).

Important: Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse (we’ll provide the address).
