2. Eligibility
We’ll refund or replace ONLY if:
✅ Undelivered: Tracking shows no delivery after the timeframe mentioned above.
✅ Damaged/Defective: Provide clear photos/videos of the issue.
✅ Wrong Item: Include proof (e.g., screenshot of your complaint).
No refunds:
All other scenarios are FINAL SALE, including but not limited to:
❌ Any claim of not reading/understanding this policy
❌ Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
❌ Shipping/customs delays beyond our control
❌ Incorrect addresses or buyer-provided errors
3. Return Shipping
You cover return shipping costs (non-refundable).
